Rant: Boston Media aka the Drama Queens

I can’t tell you how much I loathe the Boston media…sure…there are some good ones, but they are few and far in between.  They are no better than the likes at TMZ.  They create drama and gossip…and love to watch it spread. 

Haggs is a hack…pun intended.  He knew exactly what he was tweeting yesterday when he tweeted about Lackey having some beers in his hands.  He then back tracked saying that it was no big deal and no rules were broken.  However, Haggs knew it would create a shit storm and that it would all bring attention and clicks and what not to HIM.

You ever wonder why some members of the Sox don’t meet with the media?  Umm, because many are barely professional.  They don’t do their job….they do the job of a gossip columnist….and a piss poor job of it at that. 

If I was Josh Beckett, John Lackey and any other members of the Sox, I would be done with those members of the media who treat their job like they are 7th graders in the cafeteria.  I would only talk with those who are professional in how they do their job.  Everyone else….no comment….next. 

Also, in my opinion…if you think John Lackey and Josh Beckett are the problems with this team….I just don’t think you’ve been paying attention.
