Yup it is that time again, I will soon be begging for donations for a very awesome cause. I would like to do some fun stuff to get people to donate, like maybe wear people’s fave teams shirts for a donation or do something that annoys me whatever, if you have some cool ideas please let me know cause the more money that goes to this charity the better.

Getting Healthy
So as some of you know, I am back to watching what I eat and of course sticking with my exercise routine. Since starting My Fitness Pal 3 weeks ago I have lost 7lbs, then today I was able to jog a complete 28 minutes (2.35 miles). Not trying to brag but I am quite impressed with myself since less than a year ago I couldn’t even run two minutes without dying. Tomorrow I reward myself with an awesome massage, I can’t wait.

Rants

First off HERE IS MY THOUGHT ON BANNING GAY MARRIAGE. It scares the ever living shit out of me that we are mixing religion into our politics, separation for Church and State please.
The Boston Sports media, still a bunch of assholes, even worse are the people who automatically believe they are correct and they their “sources” are legit. REALLY they are a bunch of self serving douche bags who like to get dumb people wound up and yet you all fall for it, every time.
Ok I think that is it for now, sorry I have been so bitchy lately life hasn’t been so awesome. I will try to calm the bitching down.
Also RIP Carl Beane, Fenway will not be the same without you.

Knuckleball
Today, my awesome friend FC and I, went to see Knuckleball, a doc about the pitch and the men who throw it. It follows Tim Wakefield and RA Dickey through their 2011 seasons and talks about how to came to throw the pitch. Also has other interviews with past Knucklers like Hough and Nierko. It was totally fascinating, and funny and sad, I may now love a guy on the Mets (Dickey) and of course I just love Wakefield even more. They showed 03 (GAH) after that home run Tim sat in the locker room crying while other Sox players kept coming by to tell him it wasn’t his fault, good lord that broke my heart, and yes I cried. Seeing stuff like that just cements the fact that I should have 49 tattooed on me.
They are saying that they hope to release this movie to a wide audience in September, if they do GO SEE IT. It is just so damn interesting and come on Tim Wakefield RULES.
